Glenn A. Paternoster
Glenn A. Paternoster graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Business in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. In 1991, he completed an Institute of World Legal Problems program on Global Legal Issues, taught by former Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court William R. Rehnquist. In 1993, he graduated from the Willamette University College of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree. The following year, he was admitted to the bar in both California and Nevada. After working at a California law firm, in 1996 he and his former partner Matthew E. Aaron, formed the law firm of Aaron & Paternoster, Ltd. After 15 years of leading the personal injury litigation department of the firm, Glenn founded Paternoster Law Group, using his years of experience to exclusively represent victims of injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith practices.
Glenn became an Advocate of Trial Advocacy with ATLA in 2002 and is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Nevada Justice Association, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is a member of The National Trial Lawyers, Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators. He is a Colleague at the Nevada Law Foundation. He is designated as an Advocate by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He is designated a Steward of Justice for his extensive trial advocacy training by the Trojan Horse Method. He is also one of the few Nevada Lawyers to graduate from the selective and nationally renowned Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming, established by one of the greatest trial lawyers in American history, Gerry Spence. Trial Lawyers College is dedicated to educating lawyers committed to the jury system and representing and obtaining justice for clients.
He focuses on representing victims of injury and death accidents and insurance bad faith practices in all stages of the litigation process. He regularly obtains 7-figure and occasional 8-figure settlements for his clients.
Dustin E. Birch
Dustin E. Birch graduated from the University of Utah in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, including an International Relations Certificate. He then went to law school at the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, America’s oldest law school. Dustin graduated from Marshall-Wythe in 2007 and moved to Las Vegas.
Dustin has been practicing in the realm of personal injury for the entirety of his legal career. He started with a small plaintiff’s personal injury firm and then worked for one of Nevada’s premier insurance defense firms. In his time as an insurance defense attorney, Dustin handled several of the firm’s largest cases, including several catastrophic injury cases where the Plaintiffs were paralyzed as a result of their injuries. Dustin’s time as an insurance defense attorney gives him a unique perspective on how insurance companies handle personal injury claims, and how to best maximize recovery for his clients. Dustin joined Aaron & Paternoster in 2010 and became a partner with Paternoster Law Group when Aaron & Paternoster dissolved.
Dustin speaks Portuguese and loves spending time at home with his wife, children, and dogs.
Jeri has been a Personal Injury Legal Assistant since 1996. She has worked with Glenn Paternoster since 2004. She has interacted directly with the clients and attorney’s for over 30 years on thousands of cases. She takes great pride helping our clients from the day they hire us up through the entire litigation process if that’s what it takes to resolve a case.
Jessica works in all areas of both pre-litigation and litigation as a legal assistant in the firm. She is fluent in both the English and Spanish languages. She enjoys working with our clients and finds her work personally rewarding. Away from work, she spends time with her children and adores watching them excel on the baseball field.
